Just rolled credits on #RedDeadRedemption2 and wow wow wow wow wow. Phenomenal game, phenomenal story, I can see why it’s so beloved. Just wow, A+ Rockstar Games.

Instead of writing weeknotes I spent the last 20 minutes watching this video about the rivers in Red Dead Redemption 2.

In general I’m hiding myself in media consumption lately. The Traitors US are still on, Survivor US and Australia have new seasons, there’s a new season of Reacher, The White Lotus is amazing and then there’s so much old things to watch as well. Very convenient if one wants to avoid everything.

EA just open-sourced a whole bunch of C&C games, which gave me the great idea to get C&C Generals on Steam. For such an old game, it is quite fun but it’s also quite amazing how small everything is. I remember the maps feeling big, but even with the slowest unit it doesn’t take long to get from one side to the other. Very different from modern games.

Downloaded Red Dead Redemption 2 and can’t yet understand what’s the hype around it, I’ve found it kinda annoying so far.

Like the minimap is pretty useless. Nothing shows up on it. It would make the game much nicer if it showed enemies as red blips or something.

Now it’s just a compass showing my heading.

I was hunting a legendary animal in Red Dead Redemption 2. I was feeling sleepy, and I forgot which one.

Found it. It was a grizzly bear, and I'm not sleepy anymore. Gotta find it again after I respawned, though #RedDeadRedemption2

Sometimes it's hard to get around St. Denis on a full size horse. There can be a LOT of traffic. Luckily, you can ride a donkey instead. It's kind of a Smart Ass. #RedDeadRedemption2
