Lately my #Israel - #Palestine posts seem to attract #zionnists either claiming it's "complicated" or even flat out saying my posts are antisemitic. Just so you know, I'm not the least bit fooled. There's nothing antisemitic about calling Israel's actions for what they are: a #genocide

"Let me tell you about my people.
You might think this is a story of loss but the truth is the opposite and so much more beautiful than you can imagine.

We know of how many of us were lost because we know the names and families of each one of our neighbours.
(And on the first floor, there's Sameh's wife. And her mom and her three siblings.)

When our friends are lost, we take in their kids who are left behind as if they were our own.
(We're not afraid of rockets, right?)

When babies names are lost because they have no surviving family, we give them our own.
I think no, no member of his family is alive. I'm not sure where they are.
(Let's call him Saleh.)

We never leave anyone behind, even as we walk miles and miles into the unknown.

We comfort our animals (I can't do without him. He is the source of good fortune in my house.) even as they shake in ways we've never seen before.
(A citizen from Gaza returns to the ruins of his house to search for is dog, which he found waiting for them in front of the demolished house </3)
(I found my dog sitting at the door of the bombed house, waiting for us)

When we have lost water and finally found some, we make sure our animals drink, even before we do.
(This is the last drop.)

We find ways to make each other laugh, even in the most unfathomable circumstances.

We cheer each other when we make it out alive.

We cook for each other, even when we have nothing left for ourselves to eat. And we feed each other bites, not knowing if we'll ever eat again.
(Thank you! Qhy do you keep feeding me? - Because!)

(Palestinian family celebrates their daughters birthday while airstrikes fly over their heads. This is the spirit of resistance.)
We try to make our kids forget that they've lost birthday cakes.

We sing prayers amongst the rubble to comfort anyone who needs it.
(Saleh Aljafarawi)

(Israeli strikes target vicinity of Indonesian Hospital in Gaza.)
And when we are threatened by death, we do not waver, we stay with our sick, until we've lost our last breath.

Why don't you go with your family south?
(Doctor Hamman Alloh, doctor at Al-Shifa Hospital)
You think this is the reason why I went to med school? To think only about my life? And not my patients?

Whatever we've lost in the end, we will never lose our dignity.
(But everytime they do that we get even more determined and empowered.)
And that is something that colonizers have lost a long time ago.

(Things you come across on the Israeli Tik Toks.)

(Israeli video trend mocks Palestinians' suffering.)

(Dreams in Gaza..)
(I dream to fly.
Why do you want to fly?
To be able to see all the people.)

Free Palestine"
