Elon #Musk brought sooo much innovation from #Africa to the #Democray of the #UnitedStates of #America.
Never promote or elect into leadership an individual who lacks empathy.
Some in the US will tout the benefit of such an individual's ability to make decisions in a dispassionate manner and so act in the best interest of organizational survival.
But in the aftermath of tragedy you see immediately how poorly equipped such leaders are to lead actual human beings, failing utterly for lack of understanding of the feelings of their employees or constitutes.
