I am over the moon about this stamp by @paper_afternoon. It will be on all the packaging and my new business cards. I might go a little crazy and stamp it on everything in reach. 😀
Yes, I know it's skewed. I need to learn. More reasons to stamp on everything.

I designed my new logo back then and ordered it as a stamp—it's still in use! Since then, I’ve also created a few stamps myself, which I use to sign my lamps. Most lamps have a tiny version of this logo on the bottom or back, and some also feature my initials stamp. I use both!

I'm planning on making a series of this Amanita muscaria. It's going to be slightly different, with another glass dome. Can't find the same one currently. But I think it should be good, no matter what glass dome protects it.
This one became a night light for twins!

There was a giveaway in my archive on Instagram between this and the previous post - but I decided against posting that one here too. It doesn't do much for my archive and it would probably confuse the heck out of anyone here. So I skipped that post and went to the next one.

It does make me wonder though - are giveaways appreciated here too?

While I am working on the second version of these Pixels, here is Pixel #2, Mycetinis rubra. There are five in this first series of Pixel.

Funny how you can forget all about the things you made. I thought I had only made three, but now that I read this, I remember there were five. I don't know where they all ended up though, because most were sold through a shop.

The stands of the pixel mushrooms. Most of the work is in here, but you won't see it when they are finished like these. Those little tufts of moss will be wool in the next versions.

There we go - referring to the next version as being in wool instead. Which I did, and which led to my current wool and embroidery works.
I did hesitate a bit to use wool and fabric materials - they are generally considered "craft," not art. Which is weird. Why is it craft when the material shifts to something from a traditionally female field? It's also strange how easy it is to find many painters, sculptors, etc. (mostly male) throughout history, yet fabric-based art doesn’t seem to have the same level of historical recognition.

This bronze house commemorates the demolished house that once stood on the same location in Stitswerd. With 53 inhabitants, such a small change means a lot. One of the last residents of the house was a hunter with a dog named Nellie. There's a letter hidden inside the sculpture, a time capsule for the future...

🇾🇪 Naast de wollenschilderijen en 3D beelden die ik maak, maak ik ook graag deze boekenleggers. De afbeelding die ik met wol maak is op een cirkel van minder dan 2 cm. Toch is het een uitdaging om iets kleins en gedetailleerds erop te krijgen. Lezen jullie nog uit papieren boeken en gebruiken jullie daarbij nog een boekenlegger?

🇬🇧 Besides the wool paintings and 3D sculptures I create, I also enjoy making these bookmarks. The image I create with wool is on a circle of less than 2 cm. Still, it’s a challenge to add something small and detailed to it. Do you still read from paper books, and do you still use a bookmark?
