Dessert edition!
Comoros is represented shihondro / bwe la ndjugu (Comorian peanuts bar). This might very well be the dish that changes how I feel about candy making. It could be that I have finally found the right temperature on the stove to make candy! Or it could be the 26 g of fresh ginger in these bars. Woot! Ginger and fresh cracked pepper pack a punch. I will be bringing these on long runs!
