Last year, I delivered a workshop at a meetup, and one of the exercises was about organization evolution using @TeamTopologies.
One of the attendees said they were being naïve in the approach, and their solution was not scientific.
It immediately rang a bell and connected many dots in my head. Yes, there is no "scientific approach" or "management approach" when it comes to setting team structures in a work environment.
