Heinrich August #Winkler ist als Historiker bedeutend. Habe sein Weimar-Werk bei mir stehen, darin gelesen. Als ich an der Humboldt-Uni studierte, lief ich ihm zwei Mal über den Weg, einmal nickte er mir nett zu. Aber er ist Historiker. Hat er deshalb automatisch Ahnung von Verfassungsrecht?
