I firmly believe we are on this planet to uplift each other whenever we are able to.

I‘m a deeply grateful person for I know for certain that it is possible uplift people even if you never met.

In my case:

My favorite movie director is Steven #Spielberg.
Like I mentioned a few toots earlier he is one of my heroes.

My uncle pointed out to me when I was 9 years old, that he was involved in seven out of ten of my favorite movies.
This hit my kiddo core.

Dass die zweite Hälfte des Jahres an einem Montag beginnt, tut mir irgendwie gut. Ein neuer Papier-Planer wird begonnen, um mehr Gedanken niederzuschreiben.

Das ADHS freut sich über Abhaklisten, dass ich auch wirklich genug Wasser trinke, ausreichend Nährstoffe zu mir nehme, mich genug bewege. Und allgemein mehr davon tue, was mir gut tut.

Earlier today I accidentally inhaled and swallowed a bug while talking to a neighbor outside. It was unpleasant for me, but I’ve been thinking a lot about the poor bug. Imagine just going about your day and being inhaled by a larger organism.

Yikes

Anyway, I hope y’all are doing well today. There’s just no telling what the future holds. Let’s be kind to each other while we can.
