Truth be told, at @KronoMoonPhotos, what makes us happy is sharing, retooting & boosting everybody's personal #MoonShots, from their #bedroom #windows or their #backyard #gardens. Professional credentials are not required here, although an occasional #hashtag is nice: #MoonOverMastodon.
But there's a special love for our dedicated #deepspace #photogs, for their sharply etched #lunar #mountains & #craters, silent witnesses in the ethereal glow of #MotherEarth. #Astrophotography is a challenging, costly, and sometimes lonely pursuit, its #techies & #artisans gifting us with glimpses of the #wonders of the #cosmos. Here are a few fine practitioners, with our gratitude.

Our mission remains the same, to boost, share & retoot your #photos of the #Moon.
In 2025 we need to be more diligent about retooting & commenting on the copyrighted works of #Mastodon #photogs. It helps us if our #FotoFriends either #follow this acct, or use these tags. In all cases, we will remove any toot asap if requested by the #photog. Out of hundreds of boosts, there has been only one such request. We removed the toot immediately, with no hard feelings. (And that #photog will always be welcome to share their images again with @KronoMoonPhotos).

Stefan, one of my 2 local volunteer models for a past themed fake film style warriors photo shoot in East Sooke. I conceptualized it & worked with Kristin Grant to create the bodypaint designs that I imagined in my head. She did a great job & it was a fun collaboration. I had the opportunity to meet an amazing past multi #GoldMedalist Paralympian at PISE. Stephanie is an incredibly inspiring young woman who has not allowed her disability to impede her dreams. I have such respect and admiration for her and it was a great at-work experience for me.
