DWARF5 has support for MD5 checksums for source files (welcome to the 21st century!), but clang only seems to output the checksums for a very small subset of source files in our codebase. I found this change that might be related, but it seems to be about files with #line directives in them, which is not the case for us I think:

Any clang/llvm experts have any idea what could be the cause of this? @neilhenning? We're on clang 18.

Dang, Xcode uses the actual line number of a unit test in an ObjC source file, and ignores #line directives. There goes my genius idea to make it show the "run this test" button on the code that the tests were generated from.

(I’m using XCTest and ObjC++ and a script to expose Catch2 C++ tests to Xcode so I can just Cmd+U to run them)

I was applying for a lil Art show that goes in conjunction with a Texas glass conference I am presenting at later this year when I realized that I dont actually have any edited photos of the Big Cobalt Sunset Eclipse Sphere I made last year.

A few minutes in GIMP fixed that. Here are two that make it look a little rounder than it really is.

Doubtful that they will have the shipping budget... but also doubtful that they will be able to find something quite like it. Who knows, a Fort Worth business might really like it? The piece is inspired by the eclipse that want through there last year... and those beautiful Texas Sunsets.

This piece can currently be seen (partially) LIVE at this link

As part of a server sculpture I am actively developing for an upcoming show.

ICYMI:

I totally missed this announcement, which was back in October I think. (I don't use it and totally forgot I added money to it years ago. 🫠)

If you did too, Line Pay is going away.

It ends April 30 and you can't add funds from March 31.

There's a "Transfer to PayPay" button in the top navbar. If you don't do anything, your balance just gets refunded to your bank account.
