I know I shouldn't say something like this, but among the multiple funded Open-projects currently running at my @tibosl@openbiblio.social, this is among my favourites.
In our overly commercialised AND institutionalised landscape of scholarly knowledge exchange, concepts like knowledge equity sound much like hollow phrases, yet. Checks and barriers for "affiliations" etc are everywhere around the corner, plus affiliations are strongly connected to the still uncontrollable wave of research assessment by performance indicators.
Saying that there is much to learn and even more to do is a vast understatement, right? #openscience #knowledgeequity
