@NGIZero
Can you explain a bit more the question "Describe the ecosystem of the project"? What are the "actors" here?

If I want to deploy something on a p2p network, am I an actor? The network I deploy on is an actor? If the network is still in development and I'm going to engage with its developers, are they actors?

What does "promote the outcomes" in this context mean?

Hey @etam, good questions. Thanks for raising them. We'll get back to you on Monday so we can add them to the FAQs in one go.

Hey @etam The question asks you to describe the wider environment that your project is a part of. F.i. communities that work on projects relevant to yours, groups that will benefit from your solution. The ecosystem also concerns the organisations, people or communities which are part of your dependencies. It then asks to explain how you will interact with them. 1/2

@etam With this question we are trying to establish whether you've thought your idea through and if some proposed approach could get actual real-world impact, as in: whether the proposed intervention could succeed. If you have a technology that could perceivably work in theory in a greenfield situation, but you depend on e.g. a gatekeeper with non-aligned interests to take some unlikely action or the cost is too high, then that intervention will likely fail. 2/2
