Books celebrating Asian heritage to mark the Lunar New Year

It's the year of the rabbit according to the Lunar New Year, as billions start to celebrate the beginning of Chinese New Year. In many parts of Asia, the new year arrives at the end of January and middle of February, in accordance to the Lunar calendar.

My mom got me a Lego #ChristmasTree for #Christmas2022. Took me until #HappyNewYear2023 to finish it, but I like it. It's starting to become a Christmas tradition for me to do *some* kind of crafty thing surrounding Christmas trees during the holiday season. Maybe Christmas trees are my equivalent of a Mom Animal.

The completed Christmas tree, about a foot tall, resting on the wooden kitchen table. It has various red and white ornaments, several small golden stars and red hearts as ornaments too, and lots of candles. The tree is topped with a yellow star. On the table behind the tree, the salt and pepper shakers are visible, as is a 2x4 foot portrait of Lenin in the background past the table, standing in front of a red USSR flag with the hammer and sickle visible. In the top right of the frame, the door to the laundry room is open, with another still-deeper door to a bathroom also open.

The completed Lego Christmas tree nestled within several ceramic Christmas decorations (the Dickens Village Series; mom loves collecting and displaying them but they didn't follow her when she moved to Fort Worth) on a decorative shelf. It looks slightly out of place given the different materials (Lego) but it's my addition to the Dickens Village :P

In the center of the table are salt and pepper shakers, and at the top of the table are two wound-up belts. Not sure why they're there honestly. Peeking in at the top right of the frame is my artificial Christmas tree this year with red and gold ornaments.
