I really enjoy doing this challenges, I like how they stimulate the imagination

I strongly considered drawing a fern frond composed of centipedes, but for the sake of time and sanity, I opted for inspiration from the kudzu plant.

Gold is not the color you think of for plants outside of fall, so day 13 of #paletteuary2025 was tough. I finally settled on Hummel’s Sunset crassula, aka one of the jade plants.

A makeup for day 18 of #paletteuary2025, a color challenge I did all January.

The swatch that day was a dark teal green. I chose Sinocrassula yunnanensis 'Chinese Jade', a really neat plant that is almost black depending on the specimen.
