This is truly mind blowing.
Essentially no #OPSEC at all, not to say that #signalapp is insecure, it is not, the OPSEC is totally broken when #government officials choose to make up their own rules and play fast and loose for convenience.
Certainly adversaries will see this level of #incompetence as an easy future #attackvector
