On Friday, attorneys for #Dominion filed an emergency motion in federal #court in Washington, DC, arguing in favor of a judge disqualifying Lambert from providing #legal help in the #defamation case, contending she had improperly shared w/ #DarLeaf confidential records, provided under a #ProtectiveOrder through document #discovery in the #lawsuit.

“I 100% understand everybody’s concerns for the parties, the lawyers, & frankly myself & my staff based on what we’ve seen in other cases,” Dist Judge Sarah Wallace said as she agreed to the #ProtectiveOrder.

The order prohibits parties in the case from making #threatening or #intimidating stmnts. Scott Gessler, a fmr #Colorado secretary of state representing #Trump in the case, opposed it. He said a PO was unnecessary because #threats & #intimidation already are prohibited by #law.

@BigBoppa I agree. Americans have a hard time getting that saying certain things is a crime.
#Trump exploits this by calling his violations of his #ProtectiveOrder part of his 1st Amndt protected speech. It's NOT.
He DOESN'T have the right to threaten judges, prosecutors, witnesses, potential jurors or their families
The Judges are being specific, so when Trump clearly violates his #GagOrder, there'll be penalties. JAIL is 4th on the LIST of penalties, & I think he'll reach it before trial.

@chrisgeidner I just read the #ProtectiveOrder. #Trump can't make copies, or take photos with his phone. That might work.
He isn't supposed to take notes on identifying info. The defense is supposed to ensure he doesn't. But #Trump is cunning. He'll use nicknames that only HE will know!
Mike #Pence will be C for Coward. #MarkMeadows will be VW for Very Weak. The defense will pretend they can't crack the code.
I'd look for #TFG memorizing a name & posting the gist of witness testimony.

The request to federal judge #AileenCannon was an attempt to bypass a stricter provision contained in a #ProtectiveOrder proposed by the govt that would require #Trump to discuss & review #classified #evidence only in one of the highly secure locations run by #federal #courts in FL.

While Trump’s #lawyers refused to offer many details about their preferred location, they told #JudgeCannon it was “a previously approved facility at or near his residence”….
