#Ontario has a doctor shortage.

I've seen 0 outreach to #US doctors to move here to practice.

The only outreach i've seen is from BC and the federal government.

It's awful knowing how much Doug Ford wants Ontario to go down the same path the US is going, and that the only thing holding him back is his lack of principles and narcissism.

Found this tidbit, which at least partly explains Ford’s popularity despite the obvious corruption:

"After Premier Ford’s election, the province made changes that mean many people earning under $30,000 now pay no provincial income tax at all. That’s a cheaper move and one that better targets affordability challenges.”

I don’t think politicians at any level of government are going to take on the policy that car ownership is a requirement for living in #canada Car prices are going to skyrocket, and importantly in all this insurance rates are going to skyrocket. Which means more people are not going to insure one or more of the many cars most households have and “force” the government to subsidize cars and insurance #cdnpoli #ontario #onpoli #ottawa
