I had had to go so long not playing my main #LOTRO character that yesterday I totally ignored the festival and continued on with questing.

Admittedly, I used both the new cosmetic pet and mount /from/ Spring Festival but I was so glad to finally get to continue the [Epic] (the LOTRO equivalent of 'MSQ' in FF14).

I haven't made it to Umbar yet, but steadily going through King's Gondor. Which is AOK.

Just a quick post to get clarification on something.

Although I haven't tracked down my housing writs, the decorations *have* made their way to ESCROW.

The Wiki says they will stay there indefinitely.

Is this happening to other people? I don't normally have issues logging onto #LOTRO in the evenings.

I'll update my write-up for the new #LOTRO tunic this week. It does allow custom shoes.

The programmed condition is: they will only show if they are smaller than where the trouser legs end.

Otherwise you get ugly, built-in ones.

Not that these are the height of fashion, but I wanted /something/ and most of my footwear are skin boots.

I am relieved and glad that we have finally arrived safely on Orcrist!

Thanks to #LOTRO for their persistence, and to other aspects of life in mostly keeping me distracted while the servers did their thing.

I'm not normally on social media today, but I had something on my second #LOTRO account I don't know the answer to.

Does anyone know where filters (sounds/loot) are saved locally? They didn't seem to transfer to Orcrist on my second a/c.

Well, it's been 6 days, so I've just re-attempted to queue my main #LOTRO character for transfer. I've also decided not to touch that account until the Transfer button no longer shows her on Evernight, so that I am not messing with it.

I don't know how she got left behind, but she's the only character in this request. So let's see how it goes.

[Spring Festival] I think we're up and running. I need to adjust things, once I find out any errors the traffic spike caused.

I haven't had my evening meal yet as I've been sorting this, but I'll try to be back soon to investigate.

[Update] I have found that most of the reason for the server issue is a wonderful spike in visitors.

Unfortunately, I'm not serving you very well.

I'm still trying to see what can be done to bring it back online for everyone.

So sorry.

There is a chance people have an Error 524 (Timeout) while getting onto the site.

The cause might simply be a traffic spike, but I am looking into it right now.

I am aware of an issue with ads messing up my Events Schedule page. I have started to deal with it, but I'm also stressing because I misread the start of Spring Festival and haven't done my guide updates yet.
