ast weekend I proudly co-facilitated a seminar around Restorative circles and restorative justice, with a team of a handful from our small restorative justice network here in Copenhagen. It was the fruit of several months of preparation, jitsi calls, heart circles, tears and fears and conflicts (lol). It is a story of trust, risks and love. A plethore of emotions, focus and sharp intentions, like colorfull dots on a painter’s palette, finally exacerbated and coming together on the canvas of this two days seminar. Complex and powerful picture it became. I learned a lot, from all the challenges I have met during this long process, from embracing strengths of my comrades as well as their incertitudes.
I can’t wait to continue the work of spreading a bit more of restorative spirit in our communities.
I can’t wait to try to keep fighting the cop in my head, my impulse to punish and to escape processes of grounded accountability.

We don’t really have a dynamic internet presence in our network, so here I try to promote a little bit of it from my own perspective.
