[…] the very first action of the very first PC is a shot… that resolves into a fumble! The other players were SO mad at him that they did not really figure out why I was laughing my ass off, and it took them a few hours to realize that the outcome was actually planned. What a lucky GM I was!

I had once prepared an introduction for a star wars scénario and the players started (unplanned) the game session with an augury force power and got a really big sciee.
Quickly dumped my prep and packed everything the augury (very dark).
The player that made the roll that made the roll was the other DM in the group and asked me after the session how I could have planned the whole scenario on him making unexpectedly that augury roll
