I hope this time he acknowledges the genuine fear of his constituents and isn't too busy now as Deputy Premier, to acknowledge us.</p><p>"Dear Mr Carroll,</p><p>I write to you today to follow up on my correspondence dated 30.09.23 and attached below. As of today, I have still not received a reply from you with regards to the traumatising incident, that occurred in Keilor. Many are still trying to cope with the events of that day, but worse still, since I wrote to you we have experienced a second shooting; which happened to occur just two streets away from where I live, and the fatal hit and run of a 16 year old boy in Taylors Lakes.<br>Residents are terrified! We rightfully want to know what our government is doing to protect us and our families and it is unfathomable to me, that you have remained silent on the issue and failed to reach out, or even acknowledge residents impacted by these violent attacks in our suburban streets.
