Florence | Wildhearted SeasonsHere’s a more personal version in your voice: A Tiny Guardian of Spring I’ve been working on this little snowdrop spirit, and I love how it turned out—both gentle and a little wild. Snowdrops have always felt magical to me, the first brave ones to push through the frozen earth, whispering that spring is near. I wanted to capture that quiet resilience in this tiny being. Hand-stitched from wool felt, with a cloak as soft as the first petals of the season, this little one feels like a keeper of woodland secrets. A guardian of the in-between time, when winter still lingers, but the light is returning. I love creating tiny creatures that feel like they have their own stories to tell. I'm in basement, cooling off.Gathered some fallen rose petals to infuse with water with tiny bit of vitamin C powder to make my own DIY <a href="https://beige.party/tags/NaturalDyes" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#NaturalDyes</a> to tint paper & fabric😊🥀*If you use on fabric, lock colour in for longer by soaking in the <a href="https://beige.party/tags/HomemadeDye" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#HomemadeDye</a> for 24 hours, followed by soaking in 1:20 salt & water solution for another 24 hours.Next month, I'm going to experiment with infusing rose petals into different cooking oils & use to try staining some wood with it.
