Steve Leach<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://social.ridetrans.it/@dx" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>dx</span></a></span> Honestly, I forget that ads exist most of the time thanks to <a href="https://sigmoid.social/tags/adblock_plus" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>adblock_plus</span></a> , <a href="https://sigmoid.social/tags/ublock_origin" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ublock_origin</span></a> , and <a href="https://sigmoid.social/tags/fb_purity" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>fb_purity</span></a>. (Not that the last gets much of a workout 'cause I almost never look at <a href="https://sigmoid.social/tags/facebook" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>facebook</span></a>) </p><p>I'd probably never think to mention the lack of ads because it's only when I've just done a distro upgrade and installed a new unprotected browser that I get a rude reminder that ads are a thing (and depressed because most people don't block them and are just fine with them).</p>
