bikejourno<p>Summer is roaring, with temperatures easily exceeding 32°C this early afternoon in NE <a href="https://mastodon.cloud/tags/Switzerland" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Switzerland</span></a>.<br>Two days ago, I spotted a <a href="https://mastodon.cloud/tags/crayfish" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>crayfish</span></a> in our local river, the <a href="https://mastodon.cloud/tags/Toess" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Toess</span></a>. Before I knew it, the critter started to shed its skin - or armour much rather. Fascinating to witness that!<br>I recovered the empty shell to take some pics of it after.
