Bah Non !<p><strong>Appel à la désobéissance civile contre la privatisation des semences paysannes</strong></p><p>Aujourd’hui, les semences populaires font l’objet d’une attaque en règle. Elle provient de la volonté de réglementer, de normaliser et de privatiser les semences afin d’élargir les marchés pour les entreprises. Cela se fait par le biais droits de sélections végétales et des lois sur les brevets, ainsi que des systèmes de certification des semences, des registres de variétés et des lois sur la commercialisation. Quelle que soit la forme, il s’agit de légaliser les abus, la dépossession et la dévastation.</p><p>L’attaque actuelle contre les semences vise à mettre fin à l’agriculture paysanne et indigène, à mettre fin à la production alimentaire indépendante. Lorsque la souveraineté alimentaire paysanne prévaut, il est difficile de nous transformer en main-d’œuvre bon marché et dépendante, en personnes sans territoire et sans histoire. Nous sommes confrontés à une croisade politique et technocratique coordonnée visant à imposer des lois et des réglementations uniformes et rigides en faveur de l’agro-industrie. Il y a un effort déterminé pour discréditer les pratiques historiques des peuples et les connaissances paysannes ancestrales afin de nous rendre dépendants des entreprises.
