Henrik Brameus<p>I listen to a fair amount of podcasts. One of my long term favorites is <a href="https://c.im/tags/SongExploder" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>SongExploder</span></a> with Hrishikesh Hirway. Partly because his interviews are filled with interesting details about how a song was made, and you get to know the artist. Occasionally an episode comes by that is extra special. The one with <a href="https://c.im/tags/Raye" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Raye</span></a> and her song <a href="https://c.im/tags/Escapism" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Escapism</span></a> is one of those. I now have a brand new artist to discover. Actually, I’ve got to check <a href="https://c.im/tags/070Shake" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>070Shake</span></a> as well. Listen to Song Exploder. Donate to <a href="https://c.im/tags/Radiotopia" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Radiotopia</span></a> if you can. </p><p><a href="https://overcast.fm/+8CzMcCMXU" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="">overcast.fm/+8CzMcCMXU</span><span class="invisible"></span></a></p>

Mike McCaffrey<p>I also just listened to the <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/SongExploder" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>SongExploder</span></a> about <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/BlueMonday" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BlueMonday</span></a>, and it is one of the best episodes. It is wonderful hearing all the little parts of the song come together. My favorite part is now none of the three remaining band members who formed <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/NewOrder" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>NewOrder</span></a> wanted to take over as singer, and they just chose Bernard because his disinterested attitude towards the whole thing sounded interesting. <a href="https://songexploder.net/new-order" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="">songexploder.net/new-order</span><span class="invisible"></span></a></p>
