The driver in the #NewOrleans truck ramming in New Orleans that killed at least 10 people was identified as 42-year-old Shamsud-din Jabbar, a #US citizen from #Texas, according to the #FBI. An ISIS flag and weapons were found in the vehicle.

Screaming for panic and radical action is not out of joy, but out of care in a desperate situation.
