Fed agents on Fri🚨arrested a judge in WI on obstruction charges after she allegedly helped an undocumented immigrant evade arrest, FBI Dir Patel announced.

Patel wrote on X that the FBI believes Milwaukee Cct ct Judge Hannah Dugan “intentionally misdirected fed agents away” from Eduardo Flores Ruiz as agents were attempting to arrest him at her courthouse.

Öztürk hasn't been charged with any crime/accused of breaking any law. SOS Rubio admitted his involvement: “We do it every day. Every time I find one of these lunatics, I take away their visas.”

A fed IMM judge determined: she's a flight risk & a danger to the comm. Her ATTYs: judge’s dec: based solely on the St Dept memo that “pts to no conduct of Öztürk’s except her co-authorship of an op-ed.”

What every #despot needs is an engine to deal with their enemies, be it through #criminal #law or defenestration.

For either to work you basically need to have the entire #judiciary under your thumb and be able to define rights as you go.

If #rights are not guaranteed, #RuleOfLaw is not an obstacle. This means that having variable rights instead of #InalianableRights is the same as having no rights.
