Markus Hofer<p>I've been thinking about getting an FRFR Speaker Cab for a good long while. (FRFR = Full Range Flat Response, so perfect for guitar modeling amps and e-drums, etc.)<br>My main contenders so far were the Line6 Powercab and the Fender Tone Master FR-12, but alas they're both US companies, so out of the question at this point in time. Its power amp tubes have had it. Two have gone already, and I don’t think the other two will last long (though it’s demo-able). </p><p>If you were buying this amp, would you prefer I replaced the tubes first, or would you rather just do it yourself so you can put the ones you prefer in?</p>
