Simon Gray<p>I had perfect skies last night, but was too tired to pack the bike, so I opted for a nearby roof terrace in my Bortle 6-7 area.</p><p>This is my first real photo of <a href="https://indieweb.social/tags/Saturn" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Saturn</span></a>. A <a href="https://indieweb.social/tags/Dobsonian" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Dobsonian</span></a> <a href="https://indieweb.social/tags/telescope" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>telescope</span></a> really isn't a great fit for <a href="https://indieweb.social/tags/astrophotography" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>astrophotography</span></a> so it didn't come out very sharp (it's much more defined when looking through the scope).</p><p>You can also see Saturn in the photo of the telescope (the bright dot that the scope is pointed towards).</p><p>Also had clear view of Jupiter and the Galilean moons.</p>
