Pax Ahimsa Gethen<p>There are really good speakers and topics at the <a href="https://me.dm/tags/CreatingChangeConference" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>CreatingChangeConference</span></a> but the crowded, noisy space is really not good for me. Especially the session I went to on <a href="https://me.dm/tags/ableism" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ableism</span></a> and <a href="https://me.dm/tags/accessibility" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>accessibility</span></a> which was crammed into a very inaccessible room. The presenters (who were great) acknowledged and were apologetic about this, but I almost left. Especially when a late announcement came through that Alok was doing a meet and greet at the same time. Sigh.</p>

I have Sensory Processing Disorder and get overwhelmed pretty quickly nowadays. </p><p>Fortunately, they provided an overflow room for the opening plenary, so I could watch it with lots of space and less noise.
