It was time to shake things up. So I did! And then some! It's a pretty dramatic change - because to avoid complacency, you always need to be in a mindset in which you are chasing change. </p><p>It might not seem like much based on that glance, but if you look at the actual email that went out, you can see the signs of a dramatic shakeup. Looking at mine, I was kind of embarrassed by what I was delivering and decided it was time to kick things up a notch!</p><p>Chasing change is a&nbsp;key part of the innovation mindset. Never become complacent. Always be willing to shake things up. Never let the quo become the status. Avoid falling into a rut.
