Astronomy Picture of the Day<p>APOD from 2025-03-12</p><p>NGC 772: The Fiddlehead <a href="https://mastodon.bot/tags/Galaxy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Galaxy</span></a></p><p>The Fiddlehead galaxy's twisted shape is due to gravitational interaction with nearby NGC 770.
