The weather was perfect for a stroll, and the animals seemed to be enjoying it. I liked the wide open spaces and variety of animals. Beautiful wee city at the sea. And the <a href="https://norden.social/tags/Murphy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Murphy</a>'sStout at The Rob Roy is not that oversweet like in Cork, simply perfect.

MichaelVisited the <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Titanic" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Titanic</a> museum in <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Cobh" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Cobh</a> this morning. The sky was overcast, but there were some rays of sun peeking through the clouds towards the end of our visit.The museum itself was small, but had a nice tour guide and multimedia supplements. Not many real artifacts though. My family and I agreed that the Titanic museum we visited in <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Branson" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Branson</a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Missouri" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Missouri</a> (of all places) was much better. We're looking forward to visiting the museum in <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Belfast" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Belfast</a> as well, since we hear that one is great.

Mark HJust cruising out of the channel from Cobh. It's cold and windy and overcast but we always try to get out onto the balcony during sail away from any port. You can see the Cork Pilot Boat alongside us here waiting to take the pilot off the ship (yes, we've done the "Cork? He should float then" joke) but you can't see the dolphins that were here too because I was busy watching them and not taking pictures. Despite burning hot temperatures, Lucky Dog Theatre Productions and Haulbowline Theatre Group put on a great show and entertained the crowd around the Bandstand in the park. A night in <a href="https://mastodon.ie/tags/Shannon" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Shannon</a>.
