MissConstrueOk, I have thoughts about Chrystul Kizer being sentenced to prison. The monster she killed was a known sex trafficker of young black girls. He’d been arrested and released without bail by the same cops that arrested this girl. He brutalized and trafficked this child, and she killed him. (I have no problem with that, personally. )Wisconsin has a 2008 law on the books that allows trafficking as a defense, and her lawyers chose to plead out instead of taking it to trial. I’m not a lawyer, but from the outside, that sure as fuck looks like malpractice.
