@superflippy no this is obvious. Crow and stapler have had a long relationship, but now crow is leaving for balloon. Crow endeavours to break the news to stapler over a bowl of noodles.
@superflippy Stapler however is who introduced crow to balloon. It is a tense situation, this noodle meal.
@superflippy Ending has crow seeking balloon, but it is too late. Balloon is gone. But so now is stapler. Just crow, and a bowl with a couple spoonfuls of cold broth remaining.
@superflippy alternative scenario: balloon pops and falls upon crow and stapler, as they are eating noodles. Now it is a murder mystery
@superflippy Or... to balloon, crow seems to have it all. Little did balloon know, it was all built on a house of cards.
At the centre, the old stapler pulling the strings, dispensing the shiny staples that crow fiended for, in exchange for doing his bidding.
Crow promised himself this was the last time, after this noodle job he would have enough staples for a lifetime. He could fly away, far away from staples and staplers.
To crow, it was balloon who seemed to have it all.
