Mention pushing standards a step in the right direction. Trust the fediverse to criticize the push by listing all other things that could be standardized but currently aren't.

@metnix @EU_Commission Because it's just anti-apple nonsense. It doesn't mean 1 charger will work for everything, nor will 1 lead work for everything - and small manufacturers already go USB for power now because it's the easiest/cheapest solution. It will mean samsung/moto/etc will finally follow apple's lead and stop putting a charger in the box with each low to mid range phone sold (no doubt followed by complaints that it doesn't reduce the pack price).
