"President Donald Trump on Friday morning said anyone caught vandalizing Tesla cars or dealerships would be sent to the notoriously violent prisons of El Salvador for a 20-year sentence, a threat characterized by critics as 'delusional' as well as overtly #unlawful.

"'People that get caught sabotaging Teslas will stand a very good chance of going to jail for up to twenty years, and that includes the funders,' Trump stated overnight, adding in all caps: 'WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!!!'

"Several hours later, Trump took up the issue again on his TruthSocial platform, saying: 'I look forward to watching the sick terrorist thugs get 20-year jail sentences for what they are doing to #ElonMusk and Tesla. Perhaps they could serve them in the prisons of El Salvador, which have become so recently famous for such lovely conditions!'

"#CivilRightsAttorney #SherrilynIfill said the threat, which follows on Trump's highly controversial deportation of alleged gang members to El Salvador last week, should not be taken lightly.

"'Remember that this is where his discussions with El Salvador began,' said Ifill in response to Trump's rantings on Friday. 'The #MigrantDetentions there are the dry run. He wants to ship U.S. prisoners to El Salvador. We cannot sleepwalk through this.'

They call themselves "climate activists" but they are vandals and criminals with their stupid actions having no effect on climate crisis whatsoever. Do they in their pea-sized brain think Van Gogh paintings are owned by oil company and they are doing any harm to those conpanies by vandalizing the paintings? No, they are just robbing normal people a chance to see masterpieces of art. All these shitheads think about is their few seconds of "fame" on national TV, not the climate.

The incident happened sometime early Tuesday, according to Capt. Anthony Garron with the St. Margarets Bay Marine Search and Rescue Society. "At some point between 7 and 9:30 Tuesday morning the boat was vandalized. It was caught on closed-circuit TV," said Garron. "His vandalism was extensive, there was about $29,000 in damage done to the vessel, including cutting the tube lengthways down the side."The damage done to the boat was extensive enough that it could not be repaired, so a replacement part needs to be flown in. Garron said he's hopeful the boat will be back on the water in two to three weeks.Insurance could help, but Garron says for a not-profit, even a few thousand dollars is a significant amount of money.He said he's glad no one was hurt in the incident. "I saw the footage of him and he was carrying a very large knife. So it was good no one interrupted him, I would suggest," Garron said. CW: Pictured hate crime, truck vandalized with F-slur and tires slashed

My friend's neighbor had their truck vandalized. I do not know this neighbor, neither does my friend, but I've heard that there are some shops that will fix things like this for free. Does anyone know if a shop in the greater #Seattle area will help with something like this?

Again, I don't know this person, but it made my blood boil and I just had to see if anyone on #Fedi knows anyone who works on vandalized vehicles like this. If so, I'd like to leave the owner of the truck a note with their information.
