I've been thinking of buying a fitness watch with GPS, now that spring is around the corner, and I'm starting to run again.

I was thinking of buying a #garmin but with all that's happening I went with a European (and Finnish) company - Polar.

I was also thinking of buying a #strava membership, but instead I'm now trying out #komoot (German)

It's not much, but it's honest work, in the only language the current US government might understand - money.

74.5km run in the last 7 days. No wonder I feel a bit of fatigue! I haven't run this kind of mileage in years. Feeling pretty good though. Today was 3 x mile repeats that ended up at 11.8km with warm up and cooldown.

Longest run since May 1, 2022. 26.6km in the freezing cold up to Caledonia and Castlefield. Thankful for good company along the way as that far in -16ºC is no fun solo.
