Ray BaptistI did a google reverse image search on this and found no matches. I'll attribute it if anyone knows the artist or the story.It's so weird, I love it. The eyes with no face. The winged (?) goat-man. The anti-gravity red chameleon. Goat-man is involved with a radiating energy, that seems unusual. Perhaps that's why the chameleon is floating.I'd love to know the story that prompted this masterpiece. fraenckoOddity (2024): Psychologischer Horror, bei dem viel lange unklar bleibt, das Ende ist leider etwas schwächer als der Rest. Immerhin paar echt gute Gruselmomente und überhaupt beeindruckend, was der Film aus beschränkten Mitteln herausholt. DirtyOldTown 🍉I just saw <a href="https://mefi.social/tags/Longlegs" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Longlegs</a> and <a href="https://mefi.social/tags/Oddity" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Oddity</a> back-to-back. I was impressed and fond of both, though I think I may have preferred Oddity by a touch. Oddity, from writer-director <a href="https://mefi.social/tags/DamianMcCarthy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#DamianMcCarthy</a> (who also made the <a href="https://mefi.social/tags/Shudder" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Shudder</a> fave <a href="https://mefi.social/tags/Caveat" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Caveat</a>) is a bit less ambitious than Longlegs, as its plot is fairly elemental and can be sussed out quickly enough. But whereas the much-hyped Nic Cage thriller is a mix of hits and misses, Oddity nails positively every beat.
