This is a very blatant #clickbait and common #misconception:

Simple things like:

  • paid sick leave
  • paid vacation leave
  • paid parental (!!!) (not just maternal) leave
  • healthcare insurance

  • pension / retirement plan
    ...

  • In the #US, gross salaries are only higher because it's WAY MORE EXPENSIVE to get the same "perks", because #ForProfitHealthcare exists and noone gets paid vacay per law, so everyone has to cut that.

#Solidarity-based systems make things way cheaper, and people won't demand 6-digit salaries when they have to spend like 10% of their salary just to downpay a #car in a #CarCentric #suburban shithole but have excellent #PublicTransport at affordable rates right at their doorstep!

#Project2025 is a proposal written by fmr & likely future leaders of #Trump’s admin designed to lurch the country to the #FarRight. It calls for making #ReproductiveCare — particularly #abortion pills — harder to get, eliminating the #Education Dept, shuttering the government’s #hurricane forecasting agency, building #ConcentrationCamps to detain #children & #families at the #border, banning #transgender people from the military, & potentially requiring #mandatory #military service.

It's made clear there aren't any #mandatory #Covid #rules. Many people have inadequate or no #sickpay. Many don't believe it's serious. Most don't believe they will suffer long-term consequences of #Covid19. Almost nobody can be bothered to protect the #vulnerable.

According to Chris Titus (over at ChrisTitusTech.com ) #Microsoft #Recall is #mandatory for #24H2 installs. Seems like he and his team at #MicroWin have figured out how to rip part of it out (see the YT vid below) but most users won't know this is an option. Much less how to turn it off.

Cuz whilst I personally have a record of no issues with vaccinations, the 'Rona booster knocked me out for several days and I got the second worst shivers in my life.

  • And whilst the worst vaccination side-effects are universally understood to be less severe than the mildest infection for the same individual, I consider it both necessary to get vaccinated AND also consider it a hatecrime by the state against #marginalized people to not only uphold #MaskMandate|s but also not enforce a #VaccinationMandate because we already made it #mandatory to have #HealthInsurance just to prevent #MedicalDebt and enshure everyone gets cared for [at least on paper]!
