I believe that the #Trump #Junta wants to put the "bottom" 90% of the #US population into economic pain. For a variety of reasons. Some are outright #evil, some more connected to the general #macroeconomic situation of the #USA.
What they WANT is a managed #recession they can handle.
What (at least as I project this) they are instead GOING TO GET is a #FreeFall off a cliff.
I think they miscalculated badly here.

The situation in Myanmar is dramatic. These armed groups can be called activists as well. I can send you a lot of articles to try to explain the situation. Myanmar is going through a civil war. And the military #junta operates for decades opressing minorities. This is one of the worst situations in the world.

The Democrats have lost the #people in the #USA. They're not gonna watch silently the Trump #Junta dismantle their (!) #Republic & elect a "opposition" in 4 years.
Seems the "moderating" effect of the Democrats has vanished & people will fight.
The next step in the #USA will of course be open #Oppression because the #Power of the #Trump - #Junta isn't enough to uphold #Legitimacy even in the medium term.
And all out oppression too won't save that #Regime forever, as #History is pretty clear about that.
