Today, it's 4 degrees Celsius, windchill minus 4!

This photo I took when descending Yr Wyddfa in 2023 has popped up as my iPad wallpaper… I don’t think I’ve ever really studied it before. The lake, the coastline, the rain… Love it.

132-mile loop around north Wales today. Up to 18 degrees Celsius, though on a few occasions, some pretty nasty winds off the hills.

There's a mountain peak in Eryri known as 'Pen Llithrig y Wrach' (Slipper Head of the Witch).

Nobody knows why this name was given. But today, it happened to have lightly snowed again, revealing a recumbent witch and her elongated, slippery head!

Feels very spring-like now. Thank God I didn't take the 1000cc motorbike up here; makes Hardknott Pass look easy; multiple immediate, steep hairpins from sea level to 1000' up - with ice!
