Today i've learned that i don't need coder. I am now deploying an #ubuntu container from a #Dockerfile with an #openssh #server installed. This is a much better setup. Nearly every #Codeeditor supports #ssh workspaces so i'm not limited.

But the best thing about this setup is that it is very easy to automate using #Ansible.

I've used the same approach to set up #kali #linux environments months ago and should have stuck with that. It just works.

Vibe coding : indiquer au chatBot ce que le programme doit produire, puis utiliser le code en tant que produit.
Le code qui en résulte est verbeux, bogué et difficile à maintenir. Commisionner une œuvre évite de comprendre comment le programme fonctionne. Cela vous prive de votre autonomie.

Il y a une inflation informatique.

Les robots programmeurs rendent incroyablement facile la production d'un énorme code informatique, avec des bogues, peu fiable, mais globalement fonctionnel.
Les projets seront plus volumineux tout en étant moins efficaces, ce qui les rendra plus difficiles à corriger, à mettre à jour et à entretenir.

La vie fera changer les exigences : ce qu'on demande à l'appli. La majeure partie du travail de programmation consiste à mettre à jour et à modifier le code, et non à écrire du code à partir de zéro.

Les problèmes de maintenance accélèrent.

I think I shouldn't hide my poems anymore. I have farooqkz.com domain now. I think I will do a static website at poetry.farooqkz.com with hugo. Then with a custom theme and perhaps some Javascript, I will give each poem a hash and name the poem after the last 2-3 hexadecimal digits of the poem.

I wonder if I can do the hashnaming with hugo alone and without using JS. Also the website must have 3 languages. However all websites I've done with hugo till now are mono.

BTW, Do you think it should be "Programmer Poet" or "Poet Programmer"? For someone like me who generates both code and poems

Python, in its reference implementation Cpython, makes some pre-allocating on some objects for efficiency. And in this case, with small numbers, Python has always the values between -5 and 256 already reserved in memory. So, when you create a new number in that range, it always gives you the same reference. You can check it with the id(x) function, like in the attached image. But remember, this is for cpython. Maybe it does not work the same way for other interpreters like ironpython, pypy or jython.
