останется огромная видеотека - автор дистрибутива записал более 5000 видео на youtube с туториалами разных штук для Arco, но, скорее всего, для Арча и Arch-based оно тоже пригодится, наверняка ещё и distribution-agnostic туториалы есть
мигрировать на можно, просто обновившись: разработчик подготовил апдейт, который заменит pacman.conf и mirrorlist на арчовые

Getting used to #Xfce, which I haven't used in donkeys, on my new #ArcoLinux install. 
My main bugbear at the moment, however, is trying to figure out how to set it so that the Whisker menu is launched by the Super key!

Ich schätze, meine Entscheidung ist gefallen. Es wird wieder einen Wechsel zu #ArchLinux geben. Meine ersten Gehversuche hatte ich damals mit #ArcoLinux bewältigt, weil ich an der Installation des Originals gescheitert bin. Diesmal werde ich mich aber zuerst wieder am Original versuchen. Bei den fertigen Distros ist mir zu viel nicht benötigter Beifang dabei und ich habe die Basis auf dem PC gerne "sauber" – mit meinem ständigen Ausprobieren interessanter Software sorge ich schon für genug Unordnung. Dieses Vorhaben wird mich wieder tagelang vollkommen vereinnahmen, wozu mir noch die Motivation fehlt. Die ruhige Zeit jetzt im Jahresausklang böte sich aber idealerweise dafür an. Mal schauen …

Over six month with #ArcoLinux and I have decided to try #Debian for the first time. Lets see how this pans out for me. 
Will be needing to still do some #gaming with #Steam (and my GTX 1080), which worked flawless out of the box with both ArcoLinux and #EndeavourOS.

HOT:
1. HOLY WOW, this boots fast!
2. Tiling is neat once you get used to it. I could learn to do this.
NOT:
1. Right-click all you want. Nothing will happen.
2. Tooltips are clearly NOT a priority, so we're just guessing as to what those colorful squares do, eh?
3. Calls to open Firefox from other apps is ignored...?
4. Laptop brightness keys don't function. Sunglasses needed.
5. Config files for everything

@tkk13909 I’m in the middle of trying out TWMs at this very moment. Thinking of going with #Arcolinux #Hyprland because it’s pre-configured enough for me to decide if I like TWMs without having to build a config from scratch, plus wofi displays icons and names instead of me having to memorize the short name of every app and utility on my OS. Don’t think I ever want to be that hardcore.
Just wanted to share my excitement about switching to Linux! It's been such an incredible journey and learning experience for me. Not only have I been able to customize my operating system to my heart's content, but I've also been able to join a community of like-minded individuals who are passionate about open-source software.
If you're considering making the switch, I highly recommend giving Linux a try!

@thelinuxEXP #LinuxMint is my number one choice for a distro that “just works.” #Cinnamon is my DE of choice for its easy customization & simplicity.
I wish that there was an good #Arch distro that was simple and easy like #Manjaro, because I really enjoy using it. #EndeavourOS makes me build all my apps, Arch makes me build my entire OS, #Garuda leans too heavily on the AUR.
At this very moment I’m installing #ArcoLinux, which I’m hoping will be a good Manjaro alternative.
