Zeitquelle – Der Grünemannsbrunnen in Laubach
Versteckt zwischen Fachwerk und Kirche fließt seit über 400 Jahren das Wasser des Grünemannsbrunnens.
Was einst Leben spendete, erzählt heute Geschichte – in Sandstein gemeißelt, im Plätschern bewahrt.
Ein Ort der Stille, an dem Zeit nicht vergeht. sondern verweilt.

Fotocollage des historischen Grünemannsbrunnens in Laubach (Hessen). Turm des Schlosses Laubach - Zeitzeuge der Geschichte

Historischer Turm des Schlosses Laubach aus Naturstein mit einem Fachwerk-Obergeschoss und einem runden Dach mit Wetterfahne. Die Aufnahme zeigt den Turm aus einer tiefen Perspektive, wodurch seine imposante Höhe betont wird. Der klare blaue Himmel bildet einen Kontrast zu den warmen Farbtönen des Mauerwerks, während kahle Äste den oberen Bildrand umrahmen.

The Viennese architects coophimmelb(l)au were commissioned to build the new Musée des Confluence. coophimmelb(l)au designed a UFO that hovers like a silvery cloud over the mouth of the Saône and Rhône rivers. This daring landmark architecture - similar to the Elbphilharmonie concert hall in Hamburg or the capital's airport in Berlin - turned out to be a spectacular multi-million-dollar disaster. But the image gain quickly outweighed these disadvantages. The most spectacular residential building in Lyon #Confluence is certainly the Tour Ycone, the filigree residential tower by Pritzker Prize winner Jean Nouvel. With its soft colors and blurred, almost indistinct silhouette, the Tour Ycone nestles into the post-industrial urban landscape between the #Rhône and #Saône rivers. The tower appears to be loosely assembled from fragile scaffolding and rectangular frames. It looks as if a light breeze could bring this upwardly divergent house of cards crashing down. But a perforated, loosely attached roof forces the airy shape of the tower into a solid form.

This entrance to a parking garage is part of a #mall in Berlin that mushroomed everywhere after reunification. Not great architecture. But the picture brings back memories of American #photography from the 1960s. In addition to the ostentatious ornaments of the barocco Romanesco, there are also many examples of a graphically austere façade design in Garbatella. The structure with horizontal and vertical bands and lines reveals borrowings from the ideas of the #Bauhaus. It is particularly striking what special role details play in the design.
