Alexander Lukashenko has officially assumed the office of 'president' of Belarus for the seventh consecutive term.
Just now, dictator Lukashenko declared himself “president” of Belarus for the 7th time in a row. He’s the first — and ONLY — person to ever hold the office since it was created.
“Half the world (Actually Only Donald Trump) DREAMS of our ‘dictatorship,’” he said at his “inauguration.”

Why Steve Rosenberg doesn’t run for politics in the UK I’ll never know. He’s smart, seems to be totally fearless, and certainly isn’t phased by anyone or anything. Clearly Putin and Lukashenko realise he’s no pushover and going to be very tough to deal with.
I hated the recent cutbacks at BBC News, but however much Steve’s paid he’s worth every penny.
