Ça résume bien ma vie je crois
Et celle de beaucoup d'autistes qui ont probablement des scores farfelus comme les miens (la VFC mauvaise c'est commun chez les neuroatypiques)

Is that a slight improvement in my HRV this month so far?
(HRV can be a correlation with fatigue severity, for me it seems fairly accurate that lower HRV means less and less energy)
I feel so validated (and slightly worried about my life expectancy):
