I've been stressed since July about the month-long period I'm currently reaching the end of. It's all good stuff, but I fret over and hyper-plan even small appointments or excursions. I'm working to be cool for myself and to be a good and sturdy partner for my wife, who stresses as much as I do but in different ways. I've been able to avoid meltdowns in all the fun chaos by focussing on two things I can control: what I put in my body for fuel, and how much sleep I get. It's really helping!
