@zacchiro Pardon my ignorance, but I can't find any mention of what happened on May 9th, 1947, that marked the start of CS in France? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_computer_science doesn't mention France, and https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Histoire_de_l%27informatique (which I can't read because I don't speak French) doesn't mention 1947.
